the staff greeted me with smiles and always offered a helping hand! the lobby exuded warmth, immediately making me feel embraced by gentle hospitality. the complimentary shuttle service whisked me to and from the airport with comforting ease, a perfect start and end to my journey. the hotel restaurant provided a good dining experience with prompt and attentive service.
i noticed a minor stain on the carpet in the hallway, though the room was immaculate.

The room offered two queen beds with soft linens. Plenty of fluffy towels, and complimentary toiletries were provided. a coffeemaker ensured a comforting start to each day and the room was very quiet. it reminded me of a peaceful sanctuary.

the fitness room operates 24 hours.
The pool's condition disappointed me. It seemed quite cloudy. housekeeping failed to replace towels one day. This was frustrating. the shuttle service needs serious improvement. Wait times exceeded 45 minutes on two occasions.

the room included individual climate control. a well-lit work desk was also present. the bathroom had a shower with good water pressure.

the bed was very comfortable, and the linens felt nice. there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. the airport shuttle ran every half hour, so it was very convenient.
The heater was very loud. i thought it might be broken. other guests reported the same loud heater problem. It made it hard to sleep. i think all the rooms are like this
